You have a 24-hour window to accept or decline the lead. No penalties for declining. Accept, and you see the customer's details, system size, kit selected, and financing confirmed. You can set "busy" status in PartnerApp to pause leads during peak periods.

You install. You earn.

You install the system. The customer pays via NetZero Finance -- you are never waiting on a bank or chasing payment. Your commission (Rs 30,000–35,000 for Gold/Platinum) is released on completion.

You OWN the customer

"Will Suryam steal my existing customers?"

The truth

No. Suryam only serves new customers who find us online. If someone is already your customer -- we check against your installation records in PartnerApp -- they are never shown Suryam pricing or offered a Suryam pathway. Your existing relationships are yours. Permanently.

"Will Suryam expose my margins?"

The truth

Suryam shows only bundled installed prices to homeowners. Never component-level pricing. The homeowner sees "3 kW system: Rs 1,80,000" -- not "Waaree panels: Rs X, inverter: Rs Y, your markup: Rs Z." This is the Uber model. The rider sees the ride price, not the driver's costs.

"Will I become a subcontractor?"

The truth

You are not a "Suryam installer." You are an Aerem-certified partner featured by name on Suryam. Two paths. (1) Your salespeople use the Suryam catalog SDK in PartnerApp as their digital showroom -- it makes them more effective, not redundant. They show the customer savings, EMI options, and kit details on their phone at the customer's home. (2) Top salespeople can apply to become Aerem Solar Advisors -- independent certified field agents who earn commission on D2C leads directly.

Full transparency on lead allocation

Here is exactly how leads are assigned, in plain language. No surprises.

Gold and Platinum partners in the customer's pincode get first refusal. Tier is the primary sorting criterion. Within the same tier, the highest-rated partner in the pincode gets the lead.

You have a 24-hour window to accept or decline. The timer starts when the notification is sent. You can accept directly from PartnerApp.

If you decline or the timer expires, the lead goes to the next highest-rated partner within 15 km. Speed of response influences how often you get fresh leads.

You can set "busy" status in PartnerApp to pause leads during peak installation periods. Leads simply skip you until you are available again -- no penalty, no impact on your tier.

Lead history and conversion metrics are visible in your PartnerApp dashboard. You can see every lead offered, accepted, declined, and completed -- and your conversion rate over time.

You are never penalised for declining a lead. However, consistent non-responsiveness -- more than 50% decline rate over 30 days -- may trigger a review to ensure lead allocation is working for everyone in the network.
