Active business registration (GSTIN), minimum 5 verified solar installations, and completion of the basic Aerem Academy training (9 hours total, available online). That gets you to Bronze tier. No minimum revenue requirement.
Aerem currently operates across 150+ cities in India. We are actively expanding, and even if your city is not yet covered, you can still apply. Partners in new cities help us expand the network and often benefit from reduced competition for Suryam D2C leads in their area.
Most approvals happen within 5 minutes. Your customer completes digital KYC (PAN + Aadhaar), and NetZero Finance -- our RBI-licensed NBFC -- makes an instant decision. No branch visits. No paperwork delays. Average approval time is 4 minutes 38 seconds.
Honest answer: SBI's 7% rate for systems up to 3 kW is hard to beat on rate. But if your customer wants approval today instead of 4-6 weeks from now, and wants to avoid branch visits, NetZero Finance is the better experience. The 3% difference on a 3 kW system is approximately Rs 400-600/month. That is the price of instant approval and a fully digital process.

Discounts scale with your partner tier. All partners get competitive pricing on panels (Waaree, Trina, Jinko, Adani), inverters, and batteries -- all BIS and ALMM certified. Silver partners save approximately 3-5% vs market. Gold partners save 8-12%. Platinum partners get custom pricing based on volume commitments. On a typical 3 kW system (Rs 1,80,000), Gold partners save Rs 14,000-18,000 in procurement costs alone.
Yes. Every product on SunStore is BIS-certified and ALMM-listed. Panels have minimum 19.5% efficiency with 25-year performance warranty (80% at Year 25). Inverters are IS 16221 certified with 5-10 year product warranty. All products are PM Surya Ghar subsidy eligible. If you receive defective equipment, we replace it within 48 hours.
No. Suryam sends leads TO you -- it does not take leads away. Suryam acquires homeowner customers through its own marketing, pre-approves them for financing, and then matches them with certified Aerem partners in their area. You earn Rs 30,000-35,000 per Suryam project, with zero customer acquisition cost on your end. Think of it as a new lead channel, not a competitor.
Full transparency by tier. Bronze: Rs 25,000/project. Silver: Rs 28,000. Gold: Rs 32,000. Platinum: Rs 35,000+. D2C lead access starts at Gold tier. Gold and Platinum partners get first refusal in their area.
Suryam leads come pre-approved through NetZero Finance. The customer has already seen the price, chosen a kit, and been approved for financing. They are matched with a certified partner in their area. You show up, install, and earn. No sales call. No chasing paperwork. The Suryam catalog SDK in PartnerApp lets you use the same tools at customer homes for your own leads.
Tier progression is based on three factors: installation count, training certification level, and customer rating. Gold requires 100+ installations, full certification (includes field assessment), 4.5+ rating, minimum 3-person team, and Rs 10L installation insurance. Platinum requires 250+ installations, master certification, 4.7+ rating, minimum 8-person team, and Rs 25L insurance. Your current progress is always visible in the Partner App dashboard.
Basic training (required for Bronze) covers solar system design fundamentals (4 hours), installation safety and BIS/ALMM standards (3 hours), and Aerem platform orientation (2 hours). Advanced training adds customer communication, financial products, AeROC monitoring, and PM Surya Ghar mastery. Master certification for Platinum includes business scaling, team management, and D2C excellence. All training is free for Aerem partners.
PartnerApp is your central dashboard. Manage your pipeline, track commissions, upload documents, communicate with customers. Plus: the Suryam catalog SDK lets you show customers kits, pricing, and financing right from your phone. AeROC provides fleet management for all your installations. Real-time generation data, predictive maintenance alerts, and customer dashboards. You can monitor all your installations from a single screen. API access is available for partners who want to integrate with their own systems.
