You live in the US, UK, Singapore, or the Gulf. Your parents live in their home in India. Their electricity bill is Rs 4,000-8,000 a month. You know solar makes financial sense for them. You have probably tried to organize it -- and hit a wall.

The wall is the same for every NRI: the process requires someone physically present to coordinate with the installer, sign documents, follow up with the DISCOM, and deal with the inevitable delays. Your parents may not be comfortable doing this. You cannot do it from abroad.

Use the Suryam calculator at suryam.co/calculator/ to see savings for your parents' city. Enter their monthly bill. See their EMI and savings estimate. This takes 2 minutes from anywhere in the world.

Your parents get pre-approved (or you coordinate it)

The financing pre-approval needs a PAN and basic details. If your parents are comfortable, they complete it on their phone. If they prefer, we walk them through it on a WhatsApp call. Pre-approval takes 5 minutes.

Suryam manages everything on the ground

Site survey scheduled at a time convenient for your parents
Installer arrives, introduces themselves, explains the process
Installation completed: 3-5 days
PM Surya Ghar application filed on your parents' behalf
Net meter coordination with DISCOM

The Suryam monitoring app is available internationally. You can watch your parents' system generate power from anywhere. Monthly savings reports go to WhatsApp -- yours or theirs.

From your NRE or NRO account directly to Suryam.

UPI

International UPI apps supported for transfers to Indian accounts.

Wire Transfer

Wire transfer with reference to your order. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.

The financing EMI (if any) is paid from your parents' Indian bank account. The Rs 78,000 PM Surya Ghar subsidy is disbursed to their Aadhaar-linked account.
